I'd be interested to know the man hours involved in such an ordeal.. phone calls, driving time, staying home, griping about it over beers, blogging about it.. then calculate the carbon from 2-3 trips.. sending parts etc etc.. in terms of inefficiency it's staggering.. Sorry to hear about it.. the yellow haus people just got stuck with a 3000+ bill for heating oil.. yikes!
